Joe Wenderoth is the author of two poetry collections, Disfortune (1995) and It Is If I Speak (2000), both published by Wesleyan University Press. Letters to Wendy’s is his first work of fiction. He teaches at Southwest State University in Minnesota.

    what type of poem is this? ode, epic, limerick, etc.? i need to know for a report.

    this is very wise for someone who is obviously young, though you seem not to know what year he was born. I think I’ve read these Wendy poems somewhere back in the day. Of course, teh original Columbus Wendy’s is closed now, because they moved Cosi (the Science museum) out of town. Now that was unwise.
