Esta es una novela de iniciacion. Es la invitación a una fiesta sin sosiego, donde su protagonista dejara que el mundo baje hasta el pozo sin fondo de sus propios excesos. Pero con felicidad. La obra de Caicedo esta considerada una de las mas originales de la literatura colombina. Se suicido el 4 de marzo de 1977, cuando tenia veinticinco anos, el mismo dia que recibio la primera copia impresa de Que viva la música!, la obra por la que es recordado hasta hoy.

ENGLISH DESCRIPTION:This is a novel of initiation. An invitation to a never-ending party where the host invites the world to go down the black hole of their chosen excess in happiness. Caicedo s oeuvre is considered among the most original works in Colombian literature. He was 25 when he committed suicide, the same day he received the first printed copy of ¡Que viva la música!, for which he is remembered to this day.
