Fire Mountain Farm macadamia nuts and coffee are grown on a single family-owned farm on the Big Island of Hawaii using totally organic methods. Fire Mountain Farm grows the same variety of coffee produced in the Kona District. The coffee trees grow amongst the larger macadamia nut trees on the lush northern slopes of Mauna Kea. Nuts are dry roasted and lightly salted. Coffee is medium city roast.
