Our artisans use naturally filtered sea water, the sun, and the wind to create this amazing salt. Our salt retains all of the natural minerals that commercial salts have had stripped away. It's so flavorful, you use less. It's just pennies a pinch.
At about 10% moisture, our sea salt is a true sel gris, soft enough to crush between your fingers but tough enough to stand up to heavy foods. You can dry our sea salt in the oven for use in a grinder.
