The ProAccurate Grill Surface Thermometer provides accurate measurements in 10-degree increments between 100 and 800-DegreeF (40 and 425-DegreeC), making it ideal for grilling lamb, chicken, beef, shrimp, vegetables and other favorites. Constructed for durability, it features a sturdy laboratory glass lens that can withstand high heat, and a large, shatterproof, easy-to-read dial. The ProAccurate Grill Surface Thermometer features a large display that is 2.25 inches (5.7 cm) diameter for easy reading, even in low light.
