What is the Paleo Diet?
In a nutshell it is how our ancestors ate long before industrialization was in the picture. The foods consumed in the Paleo diet are simple and readily accessible in nature. Today's cattle is often fed corn instead of grass which is why we find so many strands of E. Coli in our meat. Paleo dieting is about eating grass fed or naturally fed animals.

Here is one of our recipes i drastically hope you enjoy it:
Tomato and Bacon Soup
1 onion, finely diced
5 rashers bacon, finely diced
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp oregano, finely chopped
1 tsp ground paprika
1 ½ cups diced tomatoes
1 ½ cups vegetable stock
Salt and Pepper
In a large saucepan on medium heat, fry onion
and bacon in oil for 5 min, or until bacon is browned
Add oregano and paprika and cook for 2 min
before adding the diced tomatoes and stock. Simmer covered for a further 10-15
Add salt and pepper to taste before serving
