What is the Paleo Diet?
In a nutshell it is how our ancestors ate long before industrialization was in the picture. The foods consumed in the Paleo diet are simple and readily accessible in nature. Today's cattle is often fed corn instead of grass which is why we find so many strands of E. Coli in our meat. Paleo dieting is about eating grass fed or naturally fed animals.
Why should I buy this Paleo Diet Cookbook?
For one very simple reason. The recipes are simple!!! Plenty of people spend thousands of dollars on cookbooks in order to get in shape but the biggest set back a lot of people face is that the ingredients are too hard to find.
