Editorial Reviews:
Synopsis
Growing your own vegetable makes making healthy food choices a lot easier for both you and your family.

A hectic life, a mountain of responsibilities and a busy schedule doesn't mean that every meal has to be fast food on the run!

Sometimes it's difficult to make healthy changes, but with your vegetable garden, it can be done.

That's the reason I wrote this small concise Kindle book called "How To Create Your Own Vibrant Vegetable Garden."

In fact, here are a couple of ways having access to freshly home grown vegetables can help you and your family make healthy choices:

1. Avoid temptation. It's so easy to walk into the store with good intent, but walk out with bags full of unhealthy foods. Unfortunately, our wills are weak, especially if we've trained ourselves over the years to buy junk foods.

This generally happens when you shop when you're hungry. By grabbing some fresh vegetables from your garden to fill your tummy before you shop, chances are you won't pick out unhealthy choices because they look good at the moment.

This will help you to get rid of the unhealthy foods in your home. If they aren't around, you won't be tempted to eat them.

You're own vegetables garden is like insurance. It's helps prevent poor health while giving you natural energy as well as healthier alternatives to your family's favorite unhealthy foods.

For example, rather than high calorie chips, try trail dehydrated sweet potatoes from your own vegetable garden.

2. Eat fast and healthy meals at home from your own vegetable garden. When you're tired at the end of the day and you realize you still have to feed the family, it's easy to go to a fast food chain and throw fast food on the table. It may save some time, but it won't save your health – or your pocket book!

The great thing about having freshly grown vegetables in arms reach is that you have many easy, fast, and healthy foods you can make at home.

You can eat your vegetables raw, baked, boiled, or stir fried and they can be cooked faster than it would take you to jump in the car and drive thru a fast food joint for unhealthy options.

By growing and eating your own vegetables you and your family be more satisfied, save money, and be healthier as well.

While I prefer to harvest vegetable right when we're ready to eat them you can also cook in large batches and freeze the leftovers. This way, you'll already have meals in the freezer that you can just thaw, heat, and serve. No muss, no fuss!

The benefits to growing and eating your own non-gmo, pesticide and herbicide free vegetables are too numerous to mention here.

So if you are ready to free you and your family from the prison of pesticide foods and the genetic damage from gmo's, then get your copy of "How To Create Your Own Vibrant Vegetable Garden" and allow me to share with you what I learned to help you along the way to successful vegetable gardening.
