SOG Specialty Knives & Tools HDN-F01 Hard Nylon Sheath for F01T Tomahawk, Black

Designed for the F01 tactical tomahawk, this hard molded sheath from SOG Specialty Knives and Tools (model HDN-F01) will hold your tomahawk securely in place while hanging from your belt. The pivoting belt mount allows the handle to be rotated out of the way when not in use, and the hard molded, glass-reinforced nylon sheath features both a friction fit and quick release secondary retention system.

To pull tomahawk out of the sheath, rotate the end and pull back and down on the tomahawk to release it. To return it to the sheath, put the spike end in first then rotate the head into the sheath. Little dimples within the sheath provide friction fit, and it snaps into place. To ensure it's securely fastened, rotate the secondary clip around.

The back of the sheath has a BladeTech Tek-Lok 2.0 latching attachment system, which is held in place by two robust retaining tabs. With the simple motion of a thumb or finger, a redundant lock rotates out of the way to enable you to pinch the retaining tabs and conveniently remove the Tek-Lok from your belt. Adjustable tabs within the belt mount enable you to optimize its fit to your belt. It also rotates (with three stops between vertical and horizontal orientations), allowing you to adjust the tomahawk so it's not hanging straight down when you enter a vehicle.
