This oil sprayer sprays oil as a fine mist when cooking and baking. Designed with the health-conscious cook in mind, the oil sprayer offers a way to add flavour, use less oil, and reduce calories and fat. A filter on the internal stem allows you to create flavoured oils by infusing herbs and spices right inside the bottle. The sprayer can also be used with vinegars, wines, and other liquids for food preparation.
Non-aerosol and doesn't use chemical propellants. The oil sprayer is perfect for low fat/high flavour grilling, sauteing, roasting, baking, basting, and non-stick cooking. Fill with your favourite oils, vinegars, lemon and lime juice, as well as Sherry or Marsala wine. Combine oil and vinegar to create a dressing for salads and pastas. Or fill the sprayer with water for plants. The sprayer is ideal for spraying olive oil on salads and on cooked foods like pasta, veggies, breads, pizza, chicken, beef, and fish.

Care: Clean every 6 - 8 weeks. Not dishwasher safe. To clean, fill ½ full with hot water, adding a drop of detergent. Close it up, pump 10-15 times, and spray for 10 seconds. Repeat a few times, and then allow the soapy water to remain in the sprayer for a few hours (or overnight if possible). Rinse and repeat with warm water until the soap is gone. Pump the oil sprayer with just air and spray any remaining water droplets out. Let dry completely before refilling.

Fill the bottle half way (approximately 3 ounces of oil), pump the cap 10 times to pressurize, then spray at a 45° angle for best results. A one-second spray equals a ¼ teaspoon.
