The series is for churches and community groups looking for ways to empower their children's ministry leaders without expensive, full-scale production curriculum. Adventures with God is a story-based curriculum that contains everything you need to walk your children through more than 100 Bible stories. Each book contains 13 lessons and 165 pages that includes enough activities for classes that range from 20-90 minutes in length.

Lessons are designed to be used by volunteers or paid staff in a typical Children's Sunday class for grades K-5. We've included perforated pages - so photo copies of all the material can be easily made for each child and parent. Each lesson includes: Lesson layout pages, Supply and activity lists, Bible story - paraphrased for kids, Discussion starters, Activities, Games, Take-home sheets.

This series is not chronological and all lessons are independent of each other, so that children who don't attend regularly or are new to the class immediately feel connected and able to participate. The story-based approach helps children gain an understanding of the Bible in a way that is consistent with childhood learning styles. And since it is designed for anyone to easily pick up and use, it provides a greater opportunity to recruit volunteers that might otherwise feel un-qualified to teach.
