I would venture to wager that one could obtain the equivalent of a Liberal Arts Degree simply by reading and studying pertinent issues treating of Physical Science, Art, Math, History, Geography, Genetics, Zoology, Biology and any number of topics, all covered by National Geographic, often in great detail. For the curious minded without sufficient funds to obtain a more formal education, National Geographic Magazine is a well-deserved bargain.
