There's a lot more than the story of Sweeney Todd on this (if that has
anything at all to do with it). What about all the references to Homer in
the first 3 stanzas?
And my copy has a note on line 11("orang-outang") written 40 years ago:
"Balzac's simile". I have no idea now what that refers to!

Just look up the history on "Sweeney Todd - Demon Barber" and you'll find
what this story is about.

I am so lost as to what this poem is really about and was looking for an
analysis on it. Or at least some sort of interpretation. If anyone could
