Analysis and comments on The Fear by Robert Frost

Comment 4 of 4, added on October 19th, 2005 at 11:07 AM.

Sorry to comment on the lack of understanding on this excellent poem! This
is a poem that needs to be read and re read for the understnding, i woild
also like to mention that it is not a book BUT a POEM! Robert Frost i feel
was looking into past events and how different things come back from your
own personnal past lost loved ones, a hiden romance etc. He makes clear of
The Fear peole have. He makes this poem based on your senses, fear of
seeing something you dont wish to see hearing what you do not wish to hear.
Please please read and re read this poem to get the proper insight you
need!

one of frosts best poems, really reads into the underlys problems in a
marriage that can lead to such lack of trust and total breakdown of
communication
