I like that poem. It makes you get away from all the stress around you.

We love this poem because we were both born in the fall and it brings back
good memories of that day.

While studying Frost one day in 11th grade honors English I came across
this poem and have loved it ever sence. It always reminded me of the place
I called home though I have not been there for several years. It always
brings me back to the forest behind my house where I would watch the leaves
fall...
Frost has a way of describing this season so that makes you feel warm
inside instead of the cold chill one feels when the Autumn wind turns
cold.
His rhythem and meter expressed like a rolling brook.. It is smoth and
unbroken.

Many years ago, in a small country school we sang about
October. I don't remember more than two lines of it. It went like this:
"October gave a party,
The leaves by hundreds came . . . ."
If anyone knows the rest of the poem, I would appreciate a note from you.
Thanks,
