How cool is this poem?!

Its a nice dark and gothic poem which if you get into it can creep you out
a bit.

Anyone seen the Simpsons version?

I think that this is a great poem. When i was first assigned to read it in
English i was not a very happy person. Once i read it and fully understood
it i loved it and was glad that the teacher made us read it. I think that
everyone should be required to read this poem. It is great! If anyone might
need help in understanding it please feel free to e-mail me or IM me!

When I first read the poem 'The Raven' I did not understand most of it...
To understand I first had to look up some words and then I reread over and
over again to understand what it truely says...
I found the part where he opens the door to find noone and wispers the name
Lenore very heart touching, I found the raven to be truely ominous and I
just about sensed what Poe tried to convey in this poem.
Over all I do think that this is a very good poem if not more than that.
