Verbal threshold. A

Verbal threshold. A verbal threshold is Quotes Chimp where the right to sue depends on the nature of the injuries. In order to sue in a verbal threshold state, the victim must suffer serious impair´┐Żment of body function, permanent serious disfigurement, or death. Exactly what this means is defined in the law as the courts interpret it. The insurance industry favors this type of threshold because it is easier to keep a case within the no-fault dividing line.
