Good advice! I try to bring in new songs only rarley, due to the size of
our church (we average 30 people per week). One of the questions I have is,
how many songs do most teams play per set? We had been limited to a three
song set due to time constraints, which are gone now. I use an up-tempo to
start and generally slow it down at the end of the set. I end the service
with another up-tempo or a reprise, then the benediction and another chorus
of the final song.P.S. I was never anointed or desired to be the leader,
it just ended up that way!
