    A number of Emily’s four line poems resemble in syllables/stress the five line American cinquain later created by Adelaide Crapsey.This poem if presented in the cinquain form is one of the best examples.Others that I’ve noticed that similarly structed are 1557;1157;1155;810;1538 and there are perhaps a further dozen or so.
    Sadly this site does not include the work of Adelaide Crapsey herself but her poetr is available to read elswhere on the net.
