Hello?? What's this about a poem not being good if it's short?? Emily
Dickinson is the BEST POET EVER (so far) and this poem is made all the more
beautiful by its simplicity. In fact, you could even say this poem reflects
its subject; because nature is so simple and beautiful, just like the poem.

Firstly, I'd like to comment on the stupidity of "Lauren"'s comment. Emily
Dickenson is no longer alive. So she cannot possibly write better poems in
the future.
Also, I think the beauty of her poem is found in the simplicity. It says a
lot about where poems come from. She is saying that poetry and beauty lie
not in a book, but in the world. It's genius.

yea, i've always enjoyed this poem. one, because it's shortness and
simplicity, two, because it says, as is very true, that the best of poems
one could never write.
