I disagree, there is never an end to true love, but thats just my opinion.

I believe this poem is about how a person can fall in love, be cruelly
heartbroken, and still love that other person even after all that they've

The "whip" that can destry the heart is "love". because love is something
you can't see, but it's too "noble" because noone elieves a heart can be
broken because of love.
"a whip so small you could not see it"
"yet that whip's name too noble, then to tell"

A heart that truly loves someone will ALWAYS be in love with that person,
even after all the dissappointments, and even if it kills him/her heart.
"magnanimous of bird....singing into the stone of which it died"

i dont know, these are my views about love, being abused and taken
advantage of and yet retain that love towards that person. =?

The poem for me is somehow more on the life. It somehow implies the end of
an individual to his journey and task.
