Longing is like the Seed
That wrestles in the Ground,
Believing if it intercede
It shall at length be found.

The Hour, and the Clime --
Each Circumstance unknown,
What Constancy must be achieved
Before it see the Sun!

Long is like the seed...the poem that truly has fit my life for many years. After brain surgery, a husband of 20 years leaving me for someone else, and a dear high school friend asking me to marry him, I can now say that I now see the sun.
