Emily Dickinson - To be alive -- is Power --

To be alive -- is Power --
Existence -- in itself --
Without a further function --
Omnipotence -- Enough --

To be alive -- and Will!
'Tis able as a God --
The Maker -- of Ourselves -- be what --
Such being Finitude!

i dont know that it is about this poem, but i really like it. it might be because i've written a few like this myself, very bitty, and of corse i know what they mean, but not many other people get them. To me, this poems meaning isnt obvious, but i think it might be trying to say how precious life is! what's your views?
