I just wanted to add that the person who sings the song in Yami no Matsuei
is Kaoru Saito.

This poem's been changed a little and made into a song. It is used as a
song in the anime "yami no matsuei", and a lady (I don't know her name,
character's name was Maria Won) sings it. It's called Amethyst Remembrance,
it's done beautifully, so if you haven't heard it yet you should look for
it and download it.
The song version of the poem has been changed slightly to fit the melody,
and another poem is added at the end - Elizabeth Barret Browning's poetry.

The beautiful poetic lyrics polish the song nicely, and it's worth a
listen.
