Emily Dickinson - A transport one cannot contain

A transport one cannot contain
May yet a transport be --
Though God forbid it lift the lid --
Unto its Ecstasy!

A Diagram -- of Rapture!
A sixpence at a Show --
With Holy Ghosts in Cages!
The Universe would go!

i think this is a good poem and its kind of weird because my friend died 10-25-03 and this poem sort of talks about leaving and it was posted 10-25-03
