It semes that she is talking about Mother nature, or even God (his eye is
on the sparrow) I really like this one.

This poem reminds me of my mother. She just passed away. I can picture
her looking down on us... her children and making sure we are safe. Thank
you mom, for being you. I love you and miss you sooo much...
