This poem is one of my favorites from Emily Dickinson.
Even though I like "Heart We Will Forget Him" better.
But since I have a research paper due soon on her I will probably pick this
one because I can understand it the best.

This is really a sweet poem that I really do love. That comment that other
guy made was completely un-called for, and no one wants to hear that. Let's
not let idiotic people ruin this comment for me.
As I was saying, I love how truthful and wonderful this poem. It is my
favorite of her's, and I think I will read it out in class.

I was named after Emily Dickinson, and I love all her poems, but this is
definetly one of my favorites!

This poem was actually set by Aaron Copland as one of the '12 Poems of
Emily Dickinson' for voice and piano, written in 1950. Others include
'Heart, we will forget him' and 'Why do they shut me out of Heaven?' Some
were later orchestrated as mentioned.
