I call bull on the comment left by "Prof. Aaron Merkin". Convenient how the memoir was never published - next time you should use the name of an actual professor so a web search doesn't reveal that you are lying.

I always thought this was about politicians in general, and the cow represented us, the population. Like cows, we move in herds. And politicians screw us through misdirection (draw a circle round the spot), meaningless verbage (the second section), and finally not even getting the names of the sexes right (mems and wonens). And of course, if they don't vote for him, "to hell with them".
Sounds like politicians I know. And voters too.

hmm... yaknow, after reading this i got really curious and since i own a barn i tried it a few days ago. It did work and almost felt as good as my wife, but i did end up using a stool.
