I believe he spoke(or wrote) of history, and of howit repeats and reacts to
and constantly mends itself and him (it helped him through his life)

i am so confused... i am using this poem for an english project but i dont
know what it means.. i cant even understand it...

This poem is quite challenging. anyone have any ideas? other than it
being autobiographical and a discussion of the speaker's intrigue with a
miraculous universe?
