His father is a rose in his mothers heaven. His eyes are petals, his face
is a flower (not a face with hands. put your hands against the side of your
head and spread you fingers - it looks like petals on a flower, but he is a
flower.) Also, I like how he and the rest of the flowers bow in the
presence of sunlight, i.e. his beloved

this is a very touching poem.
i love it!!! i give him props,
even though he's dead. it's so
sad what happened to his parents.
and i would't change it for anything.
this by far, is one of his BEST poems.
i can't even begin to say how much i like
this poem. yes it is about death and sadness,
but it is also about his feelings and he does an outstanding job in
showing, and not telling. Which touches
most of us. great job E.E. :)

The poem was very dull the first time i read it, but when i took the time
and read it the second time the poem was very touching.

This poem is a bit hard to follow in the beginning but if you read it a
second time you will better understand it and realize that it is a great
work of poetry and is very deep.
