Poet: e.e. cummings
Poem: guilt is the cause of more disorders

The poem should be spelled like this:

guilt is the cause of more disauders
than history's most obscene marorders

The two words spellings switch.

the poem is typed wrong ... disorders is supposed to be spelled differently. the whole reason the poem is interesting is that there's a play on the words "marauders" and "disorders." check it out in the "no thanks" collection to see what it should actually say.

the word is probably marauders - raiders, pillagers, rogues.
