Poet: e.e. cummings
Poem: ecco a letter starting"dearest we"

window gazing is what i am doing. modern-american window gazing. behind a fake screen. this poem reminds me of the first time I attempted 'fraud' with postcards. I wrote out the mailing address on the top-left corner. where the return address is supposed to be. and my address where the mailing address should be. and I didn't put a stamp on the post card. in theory the mail man is supposed to send it back to the return address. do youunderstand the mechanics of things? I don't know if it worked. I never got a response back. but then I never got the letter back. either. so who knows what happened to it. it was a dirty post card. so maybe it got lost/found on the way. some where in between.
