EE Cummings, thats what she said
Two Little Pigs
Laying In My Bed
Blanket for two
What what
No Blanket for one
I used to suck my thumb
Wait, I think I did
Cause I used to be a kid
Now I am grown
Now, See?.... does that sound amazing and profound? No, it doesn't. Cause its just a slightly drugged idea like the original. It's honestly amazing people interpret these things so profoundly just because they use words in the incorrect order for us, users of modern english. So we say ooooh, look at these words all backwards, thats like old literature, that must be profound and mean alot cause some dead or almost dead dude wrote it. I'm sorry, thats just how I feel about something like this. I think I'm pretty artsy and understanding of art but poetry like this and paintings that are just paint splattered everywhere just seem like the biggest trick people have somehow ever been able to pull on people, it boggles my mind. So I guess that in itself is the only thing that makes this poem interesting to me. Wow, there you go. Somehow I spun this into being positive comments.

As children we don't know who we are. All we have is our dreams which will eventually make us into knowers of whatever we think we know when we are adults. As children the horizons and ideas of ourselves are not yet limited by the fulfilment (or not) of our dreams. As adults we have already created our identities which are displayed in our life actions. It is a splendrous time to be young and to not know who we are and to have the identities forgeable before us.
