I felt she was trying to please someone but they didn't give her the chance
through out her life she was shooed away but all the while still trying
even thou it was quite clear they would never be happy or take her doings
seriously. She despretly longed for her fathers love not his material
wealth at first she thinks this may have been what she has been missing but
it was love all the while, someone to love and love her in the same
respect. Thats what i got out of anyways to each his own or her own!

this poem is great. I think she might be talking of when she gets to
heaven, and she's saying how all of these things are finally freely here
for her, and she longs just to please her father, but when she goes to him
asking for this, he makes it quite clear that she has already done so!

This poem is so true. It resembles my life completely. My parents thought
that my suicidal thoughts were some manipulative ploy.
