I also heard this poem in the lecture of Mr. Jon Kabat-Zinn in Musume of Science. His speech was about Meditation.
I do not get the meaning of the poem exactly. I am interested to know its meaning.

I heard this poem in a lecture by a man named Zimm and the subject was mindfulness. I have been intrigued by Emily Dickenson's poetry for many years. I would like to hear from others their thinking about this poem.
