Your survey seems to be right on the mark. We have asked some of our
ctuosmers the same questions and thetop of our survey was Quality and then
delivery and then price. However, the price really is the motivating
factor.The other thing that was pointed out to us, was the need for a
Global Supplier, but to have someone on a locallevel to call on the account
and have that face to face contact. Anixter is very fortunate to have a
global footprintand the local presence too.
