Existential lightening!
I am almost speechless! This poem, wherein the human experience is so seamlessly woven into the life and image of a helpless fish in the water, struggling toward its inexorable demise. But, oh, the triumph and beauty bounded up in that existential helplessness, "the way of all flesh" strikes me dumb with existential lightening!
