Analysis and comments on Houses Of Dreams by Sara Teasdale

Comment 3 of 3, added on January 17th, 2008 at 5:35 AM.

I feel this poem is very childlike, as a child can blame without reason
just like the poet blame her lover to fill her heart with happiness so that
she cannot have any more to dream of. But in fact, the poet was not really
blame her lover, she only use this tone to let us feel the great love she
has from her lover which make a big difference for her life. This poem make
me feel sad and warm at the same time. Sad, for the empty life of the poet
and warm for the love she has from her lover.
