Lee Upton (? - Present)


Lee Upton is the author of nine books including her third book of literary criticism, The Muse of Abandonment (Bucknell University Press, 1998), her fourth book of poetry, Civilian Histories (University of Georgia Press, 2000). She is the recipient of a National Poetry Series Award, a Pushcart Prize, and was twice the winner of the Georgia Contemporary Poetry Series Award. Her poetry has appeared in The Atlantic Monthly, the New Republic, American Poetry Review, Harvard Review, DoubleTake, and many other journals.
Lee Upton is professor of English and writer-in-residence at Lafayette College.
