Powerful and great literary work. I tried to analyzed it in my thesis.
Hughes really brilliant portrait the Afro-Americans struggled for equality
and freedom from slavery. KEEP YOUR HAND ON THE PLOW, slavery or oppression
must be abolished in this world.

Langston Hughes is my favorite poet. I am doing my senior paper on him now.
This poem caught my attention b/c it will help me reach my 5 page limit. Go

I'm doing a report on Langston Hughes. I've learned about his poems and
attitude... I've also learned about his quest for the equality and today,
he is still remembered for that.

this poem seems a little boring but the message is very powerful and
