The members part of the website allows you to showcase your own poems right here on American Poems! All you have to do is register, which takes a few seconds (we only ask for your e-mail address and a user name that you select). After you have confirmed your account you will have your very own page here on American Poems.

Oh, a quick aside to the link spammers out there. This site is for poetry, not spamming your links. You no longer need to waste your time here though, since as of May 4 2011 all outgoing links in posts are automatically disabled. Your account will simply be removed in time, and no links will ever work.
