Rating: - works great
The grip is in a comfortable position and the keys chuck makes switching bits a breeze
Rating: - Nice drill, but bulky
Needed a small drill for inside the house repairs
already own a 7.5 makita drill motor, its the same size but heavier.
the black & decker drill has all the power you need and more.
but; its too big and bulky for a 5.2 amp. wish It was about 1/3 smaller for easier handling, other than the size its almost perfect.
love the keyless chuck.
Rating: - Great Drill
This drill is very nice and you can't beat it for 32 dollars!! I am very pleased with my purchase and would reccomend this drill to anyone looking for a quality drill for regular house hold building and drilling.
Rating: - Nice drill, nice price.
I recieved this drill about 2 years ago for christmas, and it has not let me down. I have put many screws in, drilled into concrete flooring, along with many holes in walls and wood around the house. The power is quite impressive, and for the price, well worth the investment for the light user like me. The Keyless chuck is a nice feature, but can pose a problem when really needing to drill into a hard substance like concrete, which has tendacny to spin the bit out of the chuck. With patience, and a good grip, that problem can be overcome. I've had more expensive drills not work as well as this. worth a look.
Rating: - B&D Drill Review
I have only used my new drill a couple of times, but am impressed with it. The tool balance is good. It has plenty of power and speed control seems to be spread over a reasonable range of trigger movement. I didn't think I would like the canvass bag versus a hard case, but now find it lets me store the drill in smaller spaces.
Overall, I would rate this drill as an excellent buy for the money.
