My 8 yr old son has been taking Attend for 5 weeks and the improvement has been amazing. He can not swallow the capsules, so we open them and pour the powder onto a teaspoon of honey. It tastes pretty terrible, so we always have a drink close by to wash it down. He started with 1 capsule in the morning and 1 after school, but 2 weeks ago we switched to 2 capsules in the morning, none after school, and that seems to work best for him.
He has also been on a low sugar diet for the past 5 weeks, has been getting more sleep, takes 1000 mg of Omega-3 Fish Oil, and he has a different teacher. I assumed that the difference in his behavior and attitude was a combination of everything, but now I know for sure that the biggest factor is the Attend.
He was off of Attend for 3 days - we just forgot it over the weekend and again on Mon. Monday afternoon, when I asked him to start his homework, my old complaining, defeated, fidgety, unfocused and noisy child had suddenly reappeared. We struggled through 45 mins of work that he had zipped through last week. He couldn't sit still, focus on what he was reading, or stop himself from making sounds (tapping the pencil, humming, clicking his tongue, etc).
When I said that he had forgotten to take his vitamins for the last 3 days, my husband, son and I all looked at one another in disbelief. I asked him to talk about how he felt about his homework the past few weeks and how he felt that night. He said, "When I take my vitamins, I feel like my school work is easy ... but when I don't take them, I feel like I just can't do the work."
I am so glad that we tried Attend before putting my child on prescription medication for ADHD. There have been no side effects - just an amazing positive change in his ability to focus and stay on task. It has totally exceeded my expectations.

This medicine did not help at all. I did not see a bit of difference in my sons behavior. It did not help him concentrate more at all. I would not recommend this medicine. I wanted to try it since it was a homeopathic medicine and there were no harmful chemicals in this, but it did not help at all. I absolutely refuse to put my son on medication for his ADHD, so I thought I would try this since there were no harmful side effects and it was all natural ingredients, but it did not help at all.

I haven't had my son using the product long enough now to know if this product is working or not. That's why I gave it a mid rating

I tried this product over Christmas break for my 16 year old son with ADHD. Before Attend and Extress he was inattentive, couldn't attend to task, irritable, always in trouble at school, etc. Since starting this product I have seen a HUGE difference in him. He's not been in trouble all semester, the teachers say that he's using his time appropriately and he's a nice kid to be around now. He said that he could tell the first day that something was different. Said that things that used to bother him don't anymore. I read all the reviews here and not sure why it don't work for everyone, but I feel blessed to have found it after years of struggling and trying the prescription meds (which didn't work besides losing 35 lbs.) Thank you VAXA!

I grew up in the 70's, which was unfortunately before many kids were being diagnosed with ADD. I've spent my entire life (I'm now in my 40's) not knowing I had a learning disorder and found myself depressed and anxious as an adult. Predictably, I was diagnosed as being clinically depressed and put on SSRI's, which didn't work. After years of toil and frustration (ADD will get much worse when left untreated!) I finally turned toward the idea that I might have ADD. I was close to making the appointment for prescription medication when I decided to give ATTEND a try. After just a week I could tell that my focus and energy was starting to improve and my depression was lifting.
