Rating:  - Dry and comfortable
Not much to say about these ear plugs other than they work! Soft, comfortable, and they keep your ears dry while swimming. I've been using the silicon molded ear plugs (the ones you mold to fit your ear) and find these are much more effective and cheaper to boot!
Rating:  - A Good Idea Badly Executed
I have worn earplugs every night for more than 31 years, and am running out of my old style military earplugs, which are no longer being manufactured. I have been looking for a suitable substitute for some time. These plugs looked like they would be good for what I need them, but when they arrived I immediately noted that the flash, from the mold, had not been trimmed off of the plugs. I tried them out and found them to be very uncomfortable. Were they made in different sizes, and were the flash removed from the plugs, I am sure they would be great and long lasting plugs. I can not recommed these plugs as they are currently manufactured.
Rating: - Finally, I can swim without worries!
As a child I took swim lessons. As a middle-schooler I took life saving, and swam competitively. In my 20's and 30's I would swim laps for exercise. But over the past several years, after all this time in the pool, I get water into my inner ear when swimming laps. The water goes deep enough in my ear when swimming the crawl stroke and breathing only on my right side, I can't just 'shake' it out, and I develop pressure in my ear, and sometimes an infection. So, once again I am trying to swim laps but just couldn't find the right ear plug. The molded-type just leaked, and my enjoyment of swimming laps was gone. Until I found these! For me, they have been perfect. They fit snugly, they do not move, they do not leak. They have allowed me to vary my exercise routine and add swimming back.
Rating: - Great option! Better for big ears!
I love them! No water in my ears! They run big, sometines I have problems puting them inside my ear.
Perfect if you don't want to listen to noice. I swim with them, and have to take them out every 200 mts. to listen to the trainner...
Rating:  - Not good for sleep: they hurt
I bought a pair of this ear plugs from Amazon. I didn't use them for swimming, but for sleep. After wear them for 10 to 20 minutes I have to take them off because they hurt in my ear channels. I tried them a lot of times, with the same result: I couldn't sleep with them in my ears. They seem very well designed, but maybe they must be used for what they were made for: swimming.
