Rating:  - Good for what ails you
I'm 43, with bi-polar depression, and the beginnings of menopausal symptoms--mostly night sweats. I used to take it the week before and during my period, but taking it daily seems to be a better bet. My only reservation is the caffeine content. I'm prone to migraines, and I try to keep away from caffeine. But since I've only been taking the Estroven on a daily basis for two weeks, the jury is still out on that. Otherwise, the Estroven does a great job.
Rating: - Great product but not a great price
This works. Period. I ran out and got a generic brand. After using it for just 3 weeks the hot flashes came back, fast and furious. Went right out and got the original brand. Hot flashes went away after just two weeks.
Rating:  - It Absolutely Works!
Having turned 52, I was having a very hard time with the constant "flashing" related to menopause. I looked over the array of products available at the store and chose this one. I'm glad I did, as it absolutely works for me. I ran out of it at one point and did not run out to replace it right away. Within a few days, those flashes were right back. I RAN to the store and bought the product again and within a week, I was back to normal. No flashes. I will never run out of it again. It just works.

I'm 51 and began to be routinely bothered by hot flashes a year ago. I would get that instant "steamroom feeling" flood over my neck and face. It would seem to last for several minutes before subsiding only to do it again within 30 minutes or so. I tried several other products but this one seems to work the best for ending the constant hot flashes.
