Rating:  - Great for bag packing
These towels are perfect for traveling, specially if your are going to places were they won't be providing you any towels.
Once folded, they are tinny and really light, so it is perfect for bag packing since they won't take too much space.
The other reason why I think they are very useful is because they dry out fast.
You do need to watch out for sizes since "large" it is kind of small for the body.

The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was the size. For large (and I know the measurements were included in the description but I thought they would be "bigger") I was disappointed that I cannot wrap it entirely around my waist (and I am size 6). I can just tuck the top corners into each other but it gaps a bit down the side of my leg. I got these towels for my boyfriend and I as we do a lot of hiking/camping/fishing. They are small, easy to pack, and dry very quickly. Great to have in the car, they wash easily and seem to be very durable. They dry you so completely it is almost funny, and makes you realize how un-absorbent most regular terry cloth towels are. I would highly recommend these to people who love the outdoors, but it you are buying for household bathroom use get the Extra-Large.
Rating: - excellent for travel
I bought this towel for travel but have started to use it for everything. It is large enough for me to shower at the gym, absorbent enough to then do a serious towel dry on my hair and the weave is so tight that it even dried out very quickly. I took it to Europe and used it whenever the hotel towels were iffy. My 7-yr old wants one of her own now because she likes it so much too.
Rating: - Outstanding!!
Great towel for the gym or after swimming. Very absorbant and I also use one to cover the circuit machines when I use them.
