I bought this initially for my own bothered neck. I did not get the chance so I had a friend who sings professionally try it out for me. Needless to say she did not want to give it back...and insisted I order more for her teacher and friends! Happily I ordered more and all are satisfied with the results sought. It is nice to have the extra set of "hands" to cradle my stiff and tired neck and shoulders. EXCELLENT!

I have had neck problems for a while and this product has really helped. A few minutes a day using it has increased the range of motion in my neck and taken away the pain I have dealt with for years.

this helps my husband's neck greatly. Only problem is that the foam doesn't last very long.

I bought this hoping to reduce the number of chiropractor visits I make. Sadly, this did not help much. It does help relax the head & neck & shoulder muscles. Which after along day typing at a computer - can be a welcome relief.
I wouldn't say this product does anything beyond aiding in muscle relaxation. It didn't do anything to help when I need a real adjustment from the chiropractor.
So if you want something to help those tight shoulder & neck muscles at the end of a long day, this will help. I wouldn't use it for any other purpose.
