Rating: - Neck Pain?
This is a great product, at first it seems like a cheap piece of plastic, but it is actually quite comfortable if you lay a towel on it. Don't spend to much time on it because it streches the neck muscles and can cause some sorness in those muscles, but the pulling action that streches the neck and opens the joints will go a long way to easing pain cuased by a day at the computer or just typical pain for compressed disks.
Rating: - Real-Ease Neck Support Works for the Knitter in You
I am an avid knitter, working sometimes five hours or more a day on a project. As you can imagine, it will often give me a cramped neck even though I try to keep my knitting at eye level. This neck support helps to alleviate some of the discomfort until I can get to my chiropractor for an adjustment.
Rating: - Absolutely works for me!
I have big bunched-up muscles in one shoulder due to overwork on the drafting table. I went for physiotherapy and chiropractic adjustments, but those muscles will keep bunching up after a while. The neck relaxer really works in relaxing those muscles, such that I can feel the qi flowing up and down my affected area upon using it. While I can achieve the same healing with yoga and meditation, it's much simpler just using this great little tool.
Rating: - kindof a waste
doesnt really seem to help and always feels off center because of the waffle pattern foam is not symetric
