Rating: - never again
Is there anywhere to buy the old filters without the blue wrapping.
I have used Honeywell Humidifiers for many years and never had the smell / mold problem you do with these filters, they are downright unhealthy.
I tried to rate these zero stars they are that bad but the system would not let me.
Please go back to the old filters
Rating: - Filter was not as pictured
Ordered the older type of honeywell filter, (without the blue "antibacterial layer") because reviews of the modified filter were not good. The picture does not have the blue cover, however the filters I received did. Seems to be performing fine.
Rating: - Where's the beef?
Ordered 1/6/09, not received yet (2/8/08). Cust Service notified me that they were temporarily unavailable but they would keep trying. They should check Wal-Mart, Rix, or CVS. They're in stock there. Someone dropped the ball on this one.
This is the first time in many years that Amazon has disappointed me. Go figure...

I need a little help from you please I do not like to beg but Amazon is on our case and it would really help me and the company if you were to remove the negative rating. I know I may not deserve the negative rating taken off. But is there anyway that you can do me this huge favor?
my answer was to call them and I left message I received wrong merchandise and would like my money back I had to purchase a new machine filter sent were not even close to the right ones. I gave them a chance to make it right but they did not. I am tired of playing games with these companies I just considered the loss.
Rating: - Change Early, Change Often
I guess there is a reason there is a filter on our humidifier. Our old one was FILTHY. The new one dropped right in and was a perfect fit. We'll be replacing it much more frequently from now on.
