Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Excellent Performance for the Price
What can you say for a $15 heater?
Does it work? Yes.
Does it keep my feet warm? Yes.
What about general area? I can feel the heat past my desk particularly if I let it run all day. If I place it above the desk then it does a better job for the area.
Reliable? so far so good
How well do the multiple settings work? Great overall. I use the fan and the first heat setting. The fan is nice when the air is off in the building. The heater is perfect for a small area or my feet. However, I have a number of items plugged to one power strip and the second setting trips the power strip. Therefore, all of my comments are based on the lowest heat setting. If I had a seperate power strip/plug-in for this heater then the heat would be even better.
Temperature setting? Works reliably but I tend to change the setting manually.

Overall? $15 bucks gets you what you need for a personal heater (versus a room heater).

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Cute and functional
This space heater works well for my cubicle. It keeps my feet warm and is just the right size for hiding under a desk. It is very quiet when running.

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - DeLonghi DFH132 Heater Not worth the price
First unit shipped didn't work. Amazon was awesome in dealing with the replacement.
Good news I can share is that you can sit this little guy in your lap and won't get burned, on the other hand that's the only way you'll get warm. Placing the heater directly at my feet, under a desk, was fairly worthless. That was all I hoped for in a cheap and dimunitive space heater, but my expectations were apparently set too high.

My advice: if you think this might work for you, buy it from a supplier with a return policy just in case your experience is as disappointing as mine. In all honesty I think my wife's hair dryer would warm my work space better. Some lucky person will inherit it at half-price when it finds its way onto a tag sale table next summer.

Guess I ought to mention that my first test drive of the heater was not in single digit temperatures. It was early September in the Catskills, with outside temp at 55 (F) and inside my office, circa 65 (F). Save your money and just adopt a couple rescue dogs for the same amount of warmth.

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - Good heater, Bad controls
It works well and is a small size. It's not too noisy.

BUT, the dial controls have NO notations on them. They do not match the manual so I have no idea how to setup the option to keep from freezing. They are just dials with notches on them.

The other thing I don't like is that it doesn't turn off, off. It seems like you can only turn off the heat switch, but the fan can still be active.
