Didn't work a bit for me. Realize that the carrier is lactose, so if you are lactose intolerant...

These have cleared up some bad acne after about 2 bottles, 2 pills a day. The acne is not as sever as before, but it still does come. blackheads haven't gone away, either. Otherwise, the skin has gotten a whole lot better, soI would recommned it.

I purchase this for my teenaged daughter. It has really cleared up her complexion. No side effects to worry about. Oh, and it is approved by the IRS for flex benefit plans!! Nothing wrong with that!

I've never had much success with other products but this stuff is great. I'm on my 6th week now and the difference is amazing. My face has cleared up nearly 100%. It couldn't be simpler just take a couple pills a day. I highly recommend this product.
